If you wish to permanently delete your FastrPay account, you may submit a request using the form below. Please read the information carefully before proceeding.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account deletion request is approved:

  • Your access to FastrPay will be permanently revoked.

  • Your profile and personal information will be deleted from active systems.

  • Your transaction history will no longer be accessible through the platform.

  • Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before deletion.

Certain records may be retained where required by law, including but not limited to:

  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance

  • Financial reporting obligations

  • Fraud prevention and dispute resolution

  • Regulatory record-keeping requirements

Such retained data will be securely stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Before Submitting Your Request

Please ensure that:

  • You have withdrawn any remaining funds.

  • You have completed or cancelled any pending transactions.

  • You understand that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

After You Submit

  • You will receive an acknowledgement email.

  • Our team will review your request.

  • We may request identity verification.

  • Approved deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.

You will receive confirmation once your account has been deleted.
